Perfect for very active or athletic individuals who seek a muscle intensive massage modalities. It can loosen areas of chronic tension and help relieve new areas before they become chronic. It is good before and after sports events.
Deep Tissue
Term used to describe varies massage styles that focus on the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the body. We use movement and pressure to reshape the muscles and connective tissue, encouraging them to function properly again.
Orthopedic Massage
Addresses chronic pain and sport injury conditions. Focus is on the entire body with emphasis on restoring pain free joint range of motion throughout the body. Pain is released by the combining of functional assessment, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, frictioning, and stretching.
Swedish Massage
This is relaxing massage. It involves a slow, gentle movements that stimulates circulation and ease stress and tensions.
Hot Stone Therapy
A specialty massage that uses smooth heated stones. They are basalt, black, volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is deeply shooting, relaxing form of massage. The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding the hot stones.
Facial Massage Therapy
This is a lifting, toning, and firming treatment for the face. It softens lines and gives your face a smooth glowing look. Repeated facial massage helps train the muscle to be firmer and tighter. Includes a massage to hands, feet, shoulders, neck and scalp. Hot towels relax and soot the face and feet.
